  Wooden pallets are made of raw wood and undergo drying and shaping treatment to reduce moisture, eliminate internal stress, and then undergo precision processing such as cutting, planing, breaking, edge drawing, and sanding to form profile plates. Wooden pallets are the most widely used pallets nowadays.   1. Flat tray

  Flat pallets are almost synonymous with pallets. As long as a pallet is lifted, it generally refers to flat pallets, because flat pallets have the widest range of use, the largest quantity, and the best versatility. Flat pallets can be further divided into three types.

  ③ According to material classification. There are five types of flat pallets: wooden, steel, plastic, composite, and paper.

  2. Column tray

  Column pallets are divided into fixed and detachable types, and their basic structure is that the four corners of the pallet have steel columns, and the upper end of the columns can be connected by crossbeams to form a frame type. The main function of column pallets is to use columns to support heavy objects and stack them higher; The second is to prevent the collapse of goods placed on pallets during transportation and loading and unloading.

  Box type pallets are pallets with side panels on all four sides. Some boxes have a top plate, while others do not. There are three types of box boards: fixed, foldable, and detachable. There are panel, grid, and mesh types for the perimeter fence, therefore, box pallets with fence type perimeter fence are also known as cage pallets or warehouse cages. Box pallets have strong protective capabilities, which can prevent collapse and cargo damage; It can load goods with irregular shapes that cannot be stably stacked, and has a wide range of applications.

  4. Wheeled tray

  Compared to column and box trays, wheeled trays have smaller wheels at the bottom. Therefore, wheeled pallets exhibit advantages such as short distance movement, self handling, or rolling up and down loading and unloading, with a wide range of applications and strong applicability.
