Surface options include natural unfinished wood, clear varnish or wood oil. All edges are carefully sanded smooth without sharp burrs. Hinged lid or slide lid styles are available. Metal latches can be added as required. Velvet, flocking cloth or EVA foam inserts are optional to protect valuable items. Each box gets manual inspection before packing. Reinforced export packaging with pearl cotton guards against scratches and dents during transit.
